A new modern-style house (72 square meters of living space) offers a comfortable stay for up to 12 people.
Located at Promowa Street 2 in Przeciszów, on an 11-are fenced and illuminated plot.
Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, fully equipped with essential kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The living room features a comfortable sofa set (sleeps 2), a TV, a mini stereo system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large conference table for 10 people, and a pellet fireplace, adding a cozy atmosphere to every stay. Guests also have access to a modern bathroom with a shower and two cozy bedrooms equipped with 5 bunk beds, providing a total of 12 sleeping spots.

Guests have access to a large, illuminated terrace (28 square meters) with a view of the medieval Babice - Wygiełzów Castle and the surrounding forests of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland.
The terrace features a chill-out zone with sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table, a new gas grill, and a hot jacuzzi.
Additional relaxation is provided by the location of the property in a quiet and peaceful area by the Vistula River. There are also bicycle paths such as the main Karp Valley route, the Zator Fish Ponds complex, a nature reserve, Natura 2000 trails, and walking paths allowing for active recreation.

We are approximately 45 km from Katowice, Kraków, and Wieliczka, and several kilometers from Wadowice and Oświęcim.
During your stay at our house, we also invite you to take advantage of the Paintball Kids offer for children. It’s a wonderful active fun activity for the whole family.
On our property, the following rules apply:
- No use of pyrotechnic materials on the entire property
- No smoking in the house (this does not apply to the terrace and garden gazebo)
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- No pets allowed
- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM
